Terms & Conditions, Booking and Cancellation Policies

Guarantee Policy :
The Hotel requires Credit Card details including security code and expiration date in order to guarantee all bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in credit card provided.
URUGUAYAN GUESTS AND URUGUAY RESIDENT FOREIGN GUESTS MUST PAY 10% VAT BETWEEN 15th NOVEMBER AND 15th APRIL - THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE HOTEL WHEN APPLICABLE.

Cancellation Policy:
1 - High Season, Carnival, and End of Year reservations:
Total pre-payment is necessary to confirm.
If the cancellation is made:
• Up to 60 days before, 10% of the total reservation will be retained.
• From 59 to 31 days before, 25% of the total reservation will be retained.
• From 30 to 15 days before, 50% of the total reservation will be retained.
• 14 days before or less, 100% of the total reservation will be retained.

2 - Medium Season Reservations:
• A credit card is necessary to confirm reservations. If the cancellation is made 5 days or less prior to the guest’s arrival, 1 night will be charged to the credit card.
• A deposit may be required to confirm reservations.

3 - Low Season Reservations:
• A credit card is necessary to confirm reservations. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the guest’s arrival, 1 night will be charged to the credit card.
• On special holidays, the cancellation must be done 72 hours before the guest’s arrival to avoid penalties.

Check in time after 4:00 PM
Check out time before 12:00 PM
Late checkout is available upon request. Depending on availability it could be charged at 50% of nightly rate.
All reservations should be guaranteed with a credit card number and CVV code to be confirmed.
No refund will apply when the passenger leaves earlier than the period originally reserved and prepaid.
The original name of the reservation cannot be changed.
Pets are not allowed.
