Guarantee Policy :
The Hotel requires Credit Card details including security code and expiration date in order to guarantee all bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in credit card provided.
URUGUAYAN GUESTS AND URUGUAY RESIDENT FOREIGN GUESTS MUST PAY 10% VAT BETWEEN 15th NOVEMBER AND THE END OF HOLY WEEK – THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE HOTEL WHEN APPLICABLE.
Cancellation Policy:
1 – End of the Year: Total pre-payment is necessary to confirm.
- If the reservation is cancelled, the following retention chart will be applied:
- Up to 30 days before arrival date, 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
- Between 29 and 21 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
- Between 20 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
- 14 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
2 – January: 50% pre-payment is necessary to confirm.
2.a – Carnival: Total pre-payment is necessary to confirm.
- If the reservation is cancelled the following retention chart will be applied:
- 12 days or less before arrival date, 50% of the deposit made will be retained.
- 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the deposit made will be retained.
3 – February (excluding Carnival): 50% pre-payment is necessary to confirm.
- If the reservation is cancelled the following retention chart will be applied:
- 5 days or less before arrival date, 50% of the deposit made will be retained.
- 3 days or less before arrival, 100% of the deposit made will be retained.
4 – Medium Season: Credit card’s information is necessary to confirm.
- If the cancellation is made 5 days or less before arrival date, a 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card.
- If the cancellation is made 3 days or less before arrival date, a 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card.
- On some special dates, a deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
5 – Low Season: Credit card’s information is necessary to confirm.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before arrival (check in 4 pm.), 1 night will be charged to the credit card.
- On special dates, the cancellation must be done 72 hours before arrival to avoid the charge of the 50% of the total amount of the reservation to the provided credit card.
APPLIES TO ALL SEASONS
- Group reservations require pre-payment (amount to be determined)
- In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
- No refund will apply when the passenger leaves the hotel earlier than the originally reserved and/or pre-paid period.
- When cancelling a pre-paid reservation, if a refund applies, all bank or credit card charges (costs) will be assumed by the client and will be discounted from the amout to be refunded.
- The original name of the reservation cannot be changed.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, there will be a 24 hours time lapse to cancel without charge, after that, the cancellation policy to the correspondent season will be applied.
